The ISIS occupation of Hamdaniya district destroyed public infrastructure and community spaces, including parks and other green areas. Al-Jabel Park in Bashiqa was severely damaged during the conflict. Using local labor and youth volunteers from different religions and ethnicities who devoted all of their time and effort to revitalize this park. The residents can enjoy spending time in this park and their kids enjoy the playground .
